Afya Medispa Partners With Partners in Health to Provide Medical Supplies to Haiti

To date, the organization has shipped more than a half dozen 40-foot containers of medical supplies to countries around the globe. The organization has also been able to take advantage of some of the latest in medical technology by importing medical supplies and equipment directly from Europe. One such shipment included an ultrasound machine that can be operated remotely. Other items included bug spray and duffel bags to transport supplies and a few other gizmos. The aforementioned container, along with four others, was shipped in the span of two weeks, a feat that would have been unthinkable in years past. The aforementioned shipment, along with several others, will be distributed to needy communities as soon as possible.
